Seventeen years ago two guys wanted to provide video production services to their clients that was not only cost effective, but creative and completed on time. Gerry Cullen and Dick  Espy started The VideoWorks in 1988 to give their clients the best possible service with a personal approach. Every client was, and still is, important, and every video project should make each client proud and excited about their project.

That philosophy has never changed at The VideoWorks. Gerry and Dick have over 45 years of combined television experience. Both participate in all aspects of the business. From the beginning, all video equipment was purchased outright, with additions being made along with growth and advancements in technology. As time keeps ticking away, The VideoWorks keeps investing in the latest equipment to provide all of their clients with the most state-of-the-art techniques and cutting edge video product.

Even though it seems like yesterday, ten years ago The VideoWorks had Multi-Camera capabilities and were creating diverse productions! Such as Pro Wrestling matches for Midwest television stations, taping surgical procedures for training purposes, or TV commercials. This Multi-Camera Component System has been a definite workhorse and it has been upgraded many times, and it is less expensive and more versatile than a large remote truck.  This system has recorded many live satellite events such as the Bush-Clinton Debates for the Japanese Television Network ASAHI/the Clinton Town Hall AARP Meeting and countless other large events. Many an entertainer has been under focus from The VideoWorks: Burt Reynolds, Ray Charles, Jerry Lewis, Bob Costas, Carl Reiner, Buck O'Neal and many others.

Today's businesses that survive at least five years are deemed successful. Our clients make us successful, in return The VideoWorks makes them successful, and our clients will be with us for many years to come.
